These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of this website, shreyhospital.in (the “Site”), operated by Shrey IVF Multi Speciality Hospital and Trauma Centre (“Shrey Hospital”, “we”, “us”), a multi-speciality hospital and trauma centre at NH 751, Sarkhej, Sarkhej-Okaf, Gujarat 382210, India.
By browsing the Site, or by submitting an appointment request, enquiry or subscription through it, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
01Use of the Site
The Site is provided for general information about Shrey Hospital, our departments, our services and our contact details, and to let you request an appointment or send us an enquiry.
When using the Site you agree that you will not:
- use it for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
- submit information that is false, misleading, abusive, obscene or defamatory;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers or its data;
- copy, scrape or republish substantial parts of the Site automatically; or
- introduce viruses, or take any action that impairs the Site or interferes with anyone else’s use of it.
02The Site is not medical advice — and not for emergencies
All content on the Site — including descriptions of departments, treatments, procedures and facilities, and any health-related articles — is provided for general information only. It is not a medical opinion, diagnosis or treatment plan, and it does not create a doctor–patient relationship. It is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified doctor, who must assess your individual condition before any treatment is decided.
In a medical emergency, do not use this Site to seek help. Call our hospital immediately on +91 79268 24240, or call the national emergency ambulance service on 108, or go to the nearest emergency department without delay. Appointment requests sent through the Site are not monitored as an emergency channel and may not be seen for some time.
03Appointments and requests
An appointment requested through the Site is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your appointment is confirmed only when our team contacts you and confirms it. Until then, no slot is held for you.
We may need to reschedule, decline or change an appointment — for example if the doctor concerned is unavailable or handling an emergency. If that happens, we will try to contact you using the telephone number or email address you gave us, and offer you an alternative.
You are responsible for giving us accurate and current contact details, for arriving on time, and for telling us as early as possible if you cannot attend so that the slot can be given to another patient.
Where you come for a consultation, the final decision on admission, investigation or treatment rests with the treating doctor at the hospital, after examining you. Nothing described on the Site, and no appointment confirmation, obliges the hospital to provide any particular treatment.
04Information you provide
The information you submit through a form on the Site must be accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and must be your own information or information you are authorised to provide.
Please do not use the Site’s message or note fields to send detailed medical history, prescriptions, reports or test results. We handle information you submit through the Site in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
05Charges, billing and insurance
Charges for consultations, investigations, procedures, admission and other services are as per the prevailing tariff of Shrey Hospital, and will be explained to you at the hospital. The Site does not display prices and does not collect payments. We do not accept payment for hospital services through this Site.
Any estimate or indication of cost given to you, in person or over the telephone, is indicative only. The final bill depends on the treatment actually provided, the length of stay, the investigations performed and the consumables used, and may differ from any earlier estimate.
Where you intend to use a health insurance policy, a scheme or a third-party administrator (TPA), pre-authorisation and eligibility are between you and that insurer or TPA. Insurance approval, the amount approved and the amount you must pay yourself are governed by your policy, not by the hospital or the Site.
Rescheduling, cancellation, billing queries and any refund of amounts already paid at the hospital are handled by our billing department in accordance with the hospital’s billing policy, which you can ask for or review at the billing counter. Nothing on this Site is a promise of a refund.
06Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, layout, design, the Shrey Hospital name and logo, photographs of our premises, graphics and the Site’s source code — belongs to Shrey Hospital or is used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view, download and print pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or use any part of the Site’s content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
07Links and third-party content
The Site may contain links to other websites and embedded content from third parties such as Google Maps, YouTube and WhatsApp. Those services are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
08Availability and limitation of liability
We aim to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that every detail on it — including doctors’ availability, timings or service descriptions — is current at all times. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shrey Hospital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or your reliance on any information published on it. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect the standard of care provided to you as a patient at the hospital.
09Privacy
Our handling of the personal information you submit through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which you should read alongside these Terms.
10Governing law
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
11Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with an updated “last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
